IMPORTANT REMINDER. . .Recently, local unions received the
Convention Call to this year’s International
Convention. Even if your local does not plan to send any delegates to San
Francisco, please do not throw the
Convention Call packet away! The Call contains special information and forms
that explain how your local’s
votes can be represented at the Convention. Presidents and Secretaries received
special contact information
in this week’s mailing to help them find other locals to carry their votes at
Convention. Also, if you are a leader
of a chapter or unit, you did not receive a Convention Call. Please contact your
parent local if you plan to send
delegates to San Francisco. This year, let’s make sure that every Council 40
member’s vote is counted!
