  To the memory of Council 40 members who have been killed in job related accidents.
  
  
• Scholarship Amount  
  
  1 - $4,000.00 scholarship (Kubista) for each of 2 years for the top applicant.
  
  1 - $2,000.00 scholarship (Gaethke) for each of 2 years for the second ranking
       applicant.
  
  4 - $2,000.00 scholarships for graduating high school seniors & post high school
       students.
  
  2 - $1,000.00 scholarships for graduating high school seniors & post high school
       students.
  
  2 - $1,000.00 special scholarships for physically handicapped or special education
       students.
  
  
• Membership Required
  
  The student, the spouse of the student, or the parent of the student must be a member of a Local Union affiliated with AFSCME Council 40.
  
  
• Application Deadline
  
  February 1, 2009

  March 15, 2009
